How do I register?

Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a registration number. Please keep this email accessible, as you may need it to make changes to your registration.

What payment options do we offer? 

Payments can be made by check or wire transfer. Once you complete your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from our team outlining the different payment options.

What are the conference hours?

*Online preregistration is required as space is limited and based on hotel availability.

If you cannot attend INNOVATE. IGNITE. IMPACT. 2025 you can easily transfer your pass to another person, anytime before the event. If you need to cancel, you can get a full refund on your pass until Sept 1, 2025.

The Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Hotel is located approximately 5 miles (8 kilometers) from Nadi International Airport. The resort is a convenient 15-minute drive form the airport and is nestled along the beautiful Wailoaloa Beach.

We offer an extended stay rate for the hotel. You can request this option when registering for the conference.

Yes, if you would like to bring a spouse to the conference, the room will be changed to double occupancy. Your spouse will get access to breakfast, lunch and events for a fee of $500 CAD per person.
